My boss did just that, and for the past four years of the six that I've been working where I do... FRUSTRATION for me. I'm not sure how good of an idea this really is... getting paid to surf the web and internet-shop all day while those around you actually work?! Great for them, sucks for the rest of us. Hmmmm...
